What is a loyalty program
You can create a loyalty program to encourage repeat visits. With a loyalty program, you can give customers loyalty points for actions that you set yourself, such as repeat visits. Customers can then redeem these loyalty points for rewards.
How do you set up the loyalty program?
You can set up your loyalty program on the page "Loyalty points" under "Marketing".
1. General settings
The first thing you can set are the general settings of your loyalty program.
Enable loyalty program
Set "Enable loyalty points?" to "Yes" to turn on your loyalty program.
Choose how long loyalty points remain valid
Under "How long do loyalty points remain valid?" you can choose how long the loyalty points that customers earn remain valid.
2. Rules
You can now add rules to determine how customers automatically earn points.
Click on "Add rule"
Choose for which action customers receive points through this rule. For example, under "Customers earn points when:" choose the option "a specific service is completed" and select the service.
Now enter how many points customers earn when they meet this condition
Click on "Add rule"
You can add as many rules here as you want. As soon as you check out a customer's appointment at the register, the customer automatically receives points based on the rules you set.
3. Rewards
After you have set up the rules, you can add the rewards. Customers can redeem their loyalty points for these rewards.
Click on "Add new reward"
Choose the number of points required for this reward
Enter what the reward is. For example, 10% discount
You can now add all the rewards you want.
How does the loyalty program work after you have set it up?
How do customers earn points?
After you have set up the rules, as described above, customers automatically earn points. This happens after checkout at the register.
For example, have you set it so that when a specific service is completed the customer receives points? Then the customer automatically receives these points after checking out this service.
Please note that you must have selected the customer profile during checkout. This happens automatically when you check out an appointment that is linked to the customer. If a customer profile is selected, this is clearly visible in the register.
How can customers redeem points?
During checkout at the register, you can see how many loyalty points the customer currently has. If the customer has enough loyalty points for a reward, this will be indicated there. At that place, you can also view your list of rewards.
Does the customer want to redeem points for a reward?
Under "How many loyalty points does the customer want to redeem?" enter the number of points the customer is redeeming. After checkout, these points are automatically deducted from the total number of loyalty points the customer has.
Giving a discount as a reward
If you have chosen a discount as a reward, you can easily add the discount at the register.
1. Scroll to the products and/or services that have been added to the register

Go to the customer's profile
Within the customer's profile, go to "Loyalty points"
Under "Manually adjust loyalty points," enter how many loyalty points you want to add or deduct
