You can give a team member an account
Team members with accounts have a role that you can choose
The role determines access within Salonround
Per role you can enable or disable 'Access to all locations'
Is this disabled? Then the team member only has access to the location switcher for locations they are linked to

You can give a team member an account to get access to Salonround. When you do this, you can assign the team member a 'Role'. The role determines the team member’s access in Salonround.
Under 'Roles' in the settings, you can enable or disable 'Access to all locations' per role.
If you disable this for the team member’s role, then the team member only has access to the location switcher for locations the team member is linked to.

This only applies to places with a location switcher
This does not restrict team members’ access to data that is shared between multiple locations, such as the customer database. Under 'Roles' in the settings, you can set this separately.
