Does your salon have team members who work at more than one of your locations? You can easily link team members to multiple locations and set working hours per location. In this article, we explain how you can set the working hours of team members per location.
First link the team member to the correct location(s)

How do you set the working hours of team members per location?
Go to 'Team Members' in the settings
Check whether the location switcher at the top right of your screen is set to 'All locations', so you can see all team members
Next to the name of the team member for whom you want to set the working hours, click 'Edit'
Scroll to the working hours and expand the working hours for the location where you want to make changes
Enter the working hours. Per location, you can for each team member:
- Change the working hours (including breaks)
- Add changes that take effect in the future
- Add different working hours on specific days
Do you want to add absences, illness, vacations, or extra breaks for a team member? You can do this in the calendar per location.
