Does your salon have multiple locations? Here we explain how inventory management within Salonround works when you have multiple locations.
Products centrally, inventory separately
Products are centralized, but inventory is separate per location.
The inventory is automatically tracked per location.
For example, when a product is sold via the register.

A notification when it’s time to reorder
With Salonround, you can easily automatically track inventory. As soon as it is time to reorder for one of the locations, you will receive a notification.
Where do you see the notification?
The bell in the calendar of the location the notification applies to turns green. In the notification, you can see which product needs to be reordered.
When does the notification appear that indicates reordering is required?
When adding or editing a product, you can enter an 'Order level'. As soon as the product reaches the order level at one of the locations, that location will receive the notification that it is time to reorder.
Viewing and adjusting inventory per location
You can view inventory per location separately. You can also adjust inventory per location.
Viewing the inventory of a specific location:
Step 1: Click on 'Products' in the blue menu
You will then arrive at the product overview page. One of the locations is selected. In step 2, you will see how to switch to another location.
Step 2: Use the location switcher at the top right of your screen to choose which location you want to view or adjust the inventory for
After clicking on the location, you will see the inventory for that location
Adjusting the inventory of a specific location:
After switching to the correct location via the location switcher, as described above, you can also adjust inventory for that location.
You can do this by clicking 'Adjust inventory' next to the product for which you want to change the inventory. You can then, for example, add inventory or recount the inventory.
Within Salonround, you can easily create orders to send to your supplier. This is done separately per location.
When you create an order, suggested quantities are shown to order to save you time and effort.
After you have marked an order as sent to the supplier, it will appear under sent orders. As soon as you have received the order, you can mark it as (partially) received. The inventory is then automatically adjusted for the correct location.
