It is very easy to check out an appointment in the POS. In this article, we explain step by step how to do this.
Step 1: Open the appointment in the calendar and click 'Checkout'
Click on the appointment in the calendar. The appointment overview will then open. Next, click 'Checkout'.
Step 2: Scroll down in the POS and click 'Continue'
You just clicked 'Checkout' in the calendar. The appointment has now been automatically added to the POS.
Does the client want to buy something else? You can add that to the POS now. For example, a product. The product will then be checked out together with the appointment.
Scroll down in the brown section of the POS and click 'Continue'.
Step 3: Add the payment(s) and click 'Pay'
You just clicked 'Continue'. You are now on the payment screen.
Choose the payment method(s), add the payment(s), and click 'Pay'.
The appointment has now been checked out!
