When is a client automatically added
Below you can read when clients are automatically added.
If the client makes an appointment online
Does a new client book an appointment online? Then this client will be added to your client list.
If the client places an order in your webstore
Does a new client place an order in your webstore? Then this client will be added to your client list.
If you schedule an appointment with the client yourself via the calendar and enter an email address
Do you create an appointment for a new client in the calendar? If you enter the client's email address, then the client will be added to your client list.

Below you can read how you can add a client yourself.
Add a client via 'Clients'
You can click on 'Clients' in the blue menu. There you can find all your clients and add clients.
Click on 'Add client'. A pop-up will then appear.
Enter the details
Scroll down and click on 'Add client'.
Add a client at checkout in the register
During checkout in the register you can also add a client.
Go to the register
Add the products and services that need to be checked out
Scroll down in the brown section of the register
Enter the details and click 'Continue'
After checkout, the client has been added.
While scheduling an appointment in the calendar (as indicated above)
As indicated above, the client is automatically added when you schedule an appointment with the client via the calendar and enter an email address.

To migrate your client list, log in to Salonround and follow these steps:
Download your client list from your old software (usually as a CSV file)
Open the chat in the bottom right of your screen
Send the file in the chat
We will then make sure your clients are added to your account. As soon as this has happened, we will send you an email!
