To make sure everything runs smoothly and you never pay twice, you can let us know until which date your subscription with your old software runs. We will then make sure that your Salonround subscription only starts from that date and that you have free access until then.

You can follow this step-by-step plan to switch from another system to Salonround:
📅 Step 1: Choose a date on which you want to fully switch
We recommend first choosing a date on which you want to fully switch, so that in the meantime you can take the steps below, such as transferring your clients.

You can now start transferring your data, so that everything is completely ready on the date you chose in the previous step.

You can now share your Salonround booking link and Salonround booking widget everywhere. For example, on your website and on your social media.

1. Transfer client database
Part of the free switching service
We are happy to help you transfer your client database. This is part of the switching service and is completely free.
To transfer your client database, log in to Salonround and follow the steps below:
Download your client list from your old software (usually as a CSV file)
Open the chat at the bottom right of your screen
Send the file in the chat
We will then make sure that your clients are added to your account. Once this has been done, we will send you an email!
2. Transfer products
Part of the free switching service
Through the switching service, you can also transfer your products to Salonround.
To transfer your products, log in to Salonround and follow the steps below:
Download your product list from your old software (usually as a CSV file)
Open the chat at the bottom right of your screen
Send the file in the chat
We will then add all your products to your account and send you an email once this is done.
3. Add your services

You can add your services yourself in the settings under 'Service list'. In this article, we explain how to do this: How to add a service
Would you prefer us to add your services for you? That’s possible too! In that case, send us a document or email with at least the following per service:
the name
the category
the price
the VAT rate and
the duration
We will then add these services to your account. We will let you know by email once your services have been added!
4. Appointments that are already scheduled: preventing double bookings
To prevent double bookings, it is important that appointments that are already scheduled are also in your Salonround calendar.
To schedule an appointment, go to the calendar. Click 'New appointment' and add the appointment.
Your clients will then automatically receive the confirmation and reminder(s).
Don’t want clients to receive a confirmation and reminder(s) again? Then you can block the times of the appointments that are already scheduled in your Salonround calendar using 'Tasks'.
