Getting started fully with Salonround? You can use this checklist! After completing this 8-step checklist, you will be ready to fully get started with Salonround.
1. Have you added all your services?
To fully get started with Salonround, it is important that all your services have been added. This way, your clients can book everything.
You can check this in the settings under 'Service list'. Here you can also add services.
2. Are your opening hours set correctly?
You can check and change your opening hours in the settings under 'Opening hours'. This way, you can be booked at the right times!

3. Are the working hours of your team members set correctly?
Just quickly check whether the working hours are set correctly. You can do this in the settings under 'Team members'.
Same working hours as opening hours?
Then you do not need to set this separately!
Check the box 'The working hours of this team member are the same as the salon's opening hours' on the team member's profile. If you later adjust the salon's opening hours, the working hours of this team member will also be updated automatically.
4. Have your clients already been added?
You can find your clients by clicking 'Clients' in the blue menu. Here you can also add a new client.
Switching service
Are you switching from other software or have you stored your client list somewhere else? We help you with an easy switching service to transfer your data. This is completely free. To use this, log in to Salonround and follow the steps below:
Download your client list from your old software (usually as a CSV file)
Open the chat in the bottom right of your screen
Send the file in the chat and we will add your clients
5. Have your products already been added?
Have you already added all your products? This allows you to sell products to your clients and easily keep track of stock.
To view your products, click 'Products' in the blue menu. Here you can also add new products.
Switching service
Are you switching from other software or have you stored your products somewhere else? We help you with an easy switching service to transfer your data. This is completely free. To use this, log in to Salonround and follow the steps below:
Download your product list from your old software (usually as a CSV file)
Open the chat in the bottom right of your screen
Send the file in the chat and we will add your clients
6. Add the appointments that are already scheduled to your Salonround calendar
You are almost ready to get started!
To prevent double bookings, it is important that all your appointments are in your Salonround calendar. Do you have appointments scheduled that have not yet been added to your Salonround calendar? Then you can add them now. Clients will then immediately receive a confirmation and reminder(s).
To schedule an appointment, go to the calendar. Click 'New appointment' and add the appointment.
7. Do you also want to collect reviews? Quickly check whether you have already enabled this
Salonround makes it easy to automatically collect reviews.
You can choose between Salonround Reviews, Google Reviews, Trustpilot Reviews, and Facebook Reviews.
Want this? Click 'Marketing' in the blue menu and then click 'Reviews Suite'. Here you can enable review requests.
After checking out an appointment in the POS, your clients will now automatically receive a review request. This is a good way to improve your online reputation.
8. Share your booking link
The final step to fully get started! You can now share your booking link so clients can schedule an appointment with you online. For example, on your website or on social media.
Through the Widget Code Generator, you get a code that you can add to your website. With this code, the booking widget opens via a button or your widget is displayed directly on a page. Need help? Let us know, we are happy to help!
Are you creating a website with the Salonround Website Builder or using the 'Mini-website'? Then your booking widget is already on your website by default!
How to find your booking link:
Go to 'Link and widget code' in the settings.
Under 'Direct link to your booking widget' you will find the link where your clients can book an appointment online themselves. (If you scroll down, you will also see the 'Widget Code Generator').
You can share this link with your clients. For example, on your social media or on your website!
Clients can now book an appointment with you online!
