What are appointment requests?
Online bookings
Through Salonround, you can accept online bookings. This has many advantages. With online bookings, you save valuable time while your calendar fills itself. No more phone calls or back-and-forth messages needed. In addition, you do not miss any potential appointments, because clients can book 24/7, whenever it suits them. Even when you are closed.
However, it may be that you do not want all of your services to be directly bookable online. For this, you can use appointment requests. Below we explain exactly what that is.
Within Salonround, it is also possible to set certain services so that they cannot be booked online at all. You can read more about this here.
Do you not want everything to be directly bookable online? Then you can use appointment requests
Do you want to use online bookings, but do not want clients to be able to directly book certain (or all) services online?
Then you can make appointment requests mandatory for certain services or for all services. Clients can then request an appointment (service, date, and time), and you decide whether to accept it.
If you enable appointment requests, you decide for which services appointment requests are required. You can also enable it for all services.
