How do you know that a client has sent an appointment request?

The following happens after a client has sent an appointment request:

The bell and the appointment request icon in your calendar turn green
The request appears in your calendar
- Appointment requests are partially transparent
- The appointment request icon is shown in the top right of the appointment
- You can click on the request (and from there accept or decline the request)

Where can you find all your appointment requests?

Step 1: Go to the calendar

Step 2: Click on the appointment requests icon

This is the appointment requests icon:

You will now arrive at the appointment requests page. Do you want to open an appointment request? Then click on 'View in the calendar'. There you can also accept or decline the request.
