Clients can only send an appointment request if you have enabled it. You can enable this for all services or for specific services. In this article, you can read how to do this: How to set up appointment requests


How can a client send an appointment request?

Sending an appointment request works the same way as booking a regular appointment online.

The client selects the service(s), chooses the date and time, and enters their details. Then the client can click the 'Send appointment request' button.

The client will then see that the request has been sent. The client will also receive an email confirmation that an appointment request has been sent.

After you accept or decline it, the client will automatically receive an email.
