How to set up appointment requests
Step 1: Go to 'Online appointments' in the settings
Click 'Settings' in the blue menu. Then go to 'Online appointments'.
Step 2: Expand 'Appointment requests'
You can now expand 'Appointment requests'.
Step 3: Set 'Appointment requests are required for some or all services' to 'Yes'
To enable appointment requests, first set 'Appointment requests are required for some or all services' to 'Yes'.
Step 4: Choose for which services appointment requests are required
Are appointment requests required for all services?
Then you can leave the checkbox next to 'Appointment requests are required for all services' enabled.
Are appointment requests required for specific services?
Uncheck the box next to 'Appointment requests are required for all services'. Your services will then appear. Then select for which services appointment requests are required.
Step 5: Click save
Now click 'Save'. You have set up appointment requests!
