Within Salonround, you can easily create discount codes. You can add both dynamic discount codes and regular discount codes. Here, we explain how to create a dynamic discount code.

What is a dynamic discount code?
Dynamic discount codes can be created when creating a newsletter or an automated marketing email. Dynamic discount codes are unique codes that are generated for each email recipient, meaning that each customer receives their own code.
Example: You want to automatically surprise your customers with a discount code on their birthday. You can then create an automated marketing email that is automatically sent on the customer’s birthday. You can add a dynamic discount code to this. The customer will then receive a personal, unique discount code.
How do you create a dynamic discount code?
Create a newsletter or an automated marketing email
Fill in the details and click "Save and start designing"
Choose a template or start from scratch
Click anywhere within the design. The "Add block" button will then appear
Click "Add block"
Click "Dynamic discount code"
You can now choose the following options for the dynamic discount code:
Percentage
Choose the discount percentage, such as 10%
How many days should the discount code remain valid after sending the email?Enter here how long the discount code should remain valid after the email is sent. For example, 30 days.
Where should the discount code be valid?Here you can choose where the discount code should be valid. The options are:
- POS and booking widget
- Webshop (if enabled)
- Webshop (if enabled), POS, and booking widgetThe dynamic discount code has now been added to the email. You can now finish the newsletter or automated marketing email.
