What is the waiting list?
You can use the waiting list feature to make sure no spot remains unused.
If there is no availability on the day or time preferred by the client, the client can add themselves to the waiting list – or you can add the client yourself.
As soon as a spot becomes available, you can let the client know that a spot has opened up. You can also enable the automatic waiting list, which means clients on the waiting list automatically receive an email as soon as a spot becomes available again.
Enable the waiting list
In the settings under "Waiting list" you can enable the waiting list and the automatic waiting list.
As soon as you set "Enable waiting list" to "Yes", the option to also enable the automatic waiting list appears.
How does a client add themselves to the waiting list?
The client can add themselves to the waiting list during online booking.
The client selects one or more services
The client chooses a date
Is there no availability on the desired date and time?
Then the client can click “Add yourself to the waiting list”. The client can then choose one or more preferred times.The client enters the contact details and confirms the registration
How does the salon add a client to the waiting list?
You can also add a client to the waiting list yourself.
1. Go to the calendar
2. Click “Add new appointment”
3. Select the service(s)
4. Choose the desired day in the overview
5. No availability at the desired time on that day? Check “Add client to the waiting list”
6. Select one or more preferred times
7. Enter the client details or select an existing client
8. Scroll down and add the client to the waiting list
How do you use the waiting list once there are registrations?
From the calendar, you can view the full waiting list. In addition, when you are in the day or week view, you will see the waiting list for that day or week.
In both overviews, you will see the following:
Which clients are on the waiting list
Their preferred date and time
The desired service(s)
The green text "Time slot available" if a time slot is available
From here you can:
Schedule an appointment directly
Click "Send email". An email will then be sent indicating that a time slot is available
If the automatic waiting list is enabled, this happens automatically as soon as a time slot becomes available
Remove the waiting list registration
When is the client removed from the waiting list?
After the client is added to the waiting list, this is confirmed by email. Via a link in that email, the client can also unsubscribe.
If the client receives an email about an available time slot, the client can also unsubscribe via a link in that email.
As soon as a new appointment is scheduled with the client, the client is automatically removed from the waiting list
You can also remove the client from the waiting list yourself
