It is easy to set your opening hours within Salonround. With the different options, you can quickly choose your current opening hours, schedule changes for the future, and easily set exceptions.

In this article, we explain how to set your opening hours.

You can set your opening hours in the settings under "Opening hours".

1. Go to the settings under "Opening hours"

2. Scroll to the day of the week for which you want to change the opening hours

3. Click on "Edit"

4. Enter the opening hours

5. Click on "Save"

6. Do this for each day for which you want to change the opening hours

Do you want to adjust the opening hours starting from a future date? For example, because you will be open longer in the future and want customers to already be able to schedule appointments during the new opening hours.

1. Go to the settings under "Opening hours"
2. Then go to the day of the week you want to change starting from a future date
3. Click on “Add future change”.

4. Under "From when", choose the date on which the change takes effect

5. Enter the new opening hours

6. Click on "Save"

Do you have different opening hours on specific days? You can easily add this within Salonround.

1. Go to the settings under "Opening hours"

2. Scroll to "Different opening hours on specific days"

3. Click on "Add"

4. Choose the date(s) for which the opening hours differ

5. Enter the opening hours and a description

6. Click on "Add"

You can easily add days on which your salon is closed, such as public holidays.

1. Go to the settings under "Opening hours"

2. Scroll to "Exceptional days when your salon is closed"

3. Click on "Add"

4. Enter the date and description
5. Click on "Add"

Are there periods when your salon is closed, such as a holiday for the entire salon? You can easily add this.

1. Go to the settings under "Opening hours"

2. Scroll to "Periods when the salon is closed"

3. Click on "Add"
4. Choose a start & end date and add a description

5. Click on "Add

Want to add a break for the entire salon? Then add multiple time blocks during which the salon is open, so that the break falls in between. For example: for a break from 12:00 to 12:30, add the opening hours 9:00–12:00 and 12:30–17:00.

Are a team member’s working hours the same as the salon’s opening hours? Then you do not need to set this separately.

How does it work?

Check the box "The working hours of this team member are the same as the opening hours of the salon" on the team member’s profile. If you later adjust the salon’s opening hours, the working hours of this team member will also be updated automatically.
